How to choose your baby announcement?
|
|
In a few months, I’ll be giving birth to a baby boy. I wish to announce this rejoicing event to everyone I love. But how? First of all, set your budget!
By knowing how much money you can afford for your baby announcements, it will be easier for you to choose from our selection of announcements according to your budget.
Then, think about the style or design you like: funny, classic… Choose from the various categories on the homepage. You can insert your own wording. Some wording samples are provided for inspiration but you can use your own imagination as well. Wordings and colours can be modified as often as you wish.
For longer texts, the double-panel format would be more appropriate.
Take your time to choose the best announcement for your baby’s arrival. Your choice should reflect this magical time of your life.

Our baby announcements are all printed on luxury paper. Announcements and envelopes have a protective and cushioning package and all orders are shipped in crush-resistant boxes.

How to order?
|
|
To order your announcement cards, you will need to subscribe to our website. The registration process is quick and simple and you will be provided with a username and password. You can either click on 'Subscribe' on the Top Right corner of the page or subscribe before adding the announcements you have chosen to your shopping cart. As soon as you have registered, your products will be added to your shopping cart and you will be able to order your announcements by choosing the quantity and your preferred delivery dates.
Don't forget to return to your account to personalise your remaining order!

What are the printing and delivery deadlines?
|
|
Once your final order is received and your payment is done, your
announcements will be printed. These will be shipped within 48 hours.
We offer a shipping option:
Royal Mail - Shipping in 48hrs
Your order is shipped 48 hrs after production (on weekdays).
Delivery charges: £12

How can I pay my order?
|
|
You can pay your order by bank card (VISA, Master Card or American Express).
PAYBOX SERVICE guarantees secure transactions by relying on efficient technical solutions:

Besides these technical solutions, e-money controls are carried out:
request for systematic withdrawals
the visual cryptogram: this is the last three digits at the back of your card which will be requested during payment.

Can I write my own text?
|
|
You can insert your own text. Some wording samples are provided for inspiration but you can use your own imagination as well. Wordings and colours can be modified as you wish.
Our text editor enables you to customise your announcements.
This is very easy; first of all, choose your favourite announcement. After selecting the most appropriate format, you’ll just have to personalise your announcement by following the next steps.
Please note that you cannot cut and paste any text from Microsoft Word. Your text should thus be written directly into our text editor. The '&' symbol is not recognized by the editor. We apologise for this.

Can I place my order before my baby arrives?
|
|
Yes, you can place an order before giving birth to your baby. In a way, you'll be much more comfortable and will have more time for selection before baby comes!
To order your baby announcement:
choose the design and format for your announcement
choose a wording from our samples or write your own
customise it if you wish
view your announcement
confirm your order
choose the option "I wish to customise later (when my baby will be born, for example) and want my order to be shipped after customising my cards"
Then complete your order. As soon as your payment is accepted by BC, you’ll receive the envelopes and will have 3 (three) months to finalise your announcement by sending us any missing information. To customise your remaining order and have it shipped, you’ll just have to connect to your account under the heading “Order history”.

Can I receive product catalogues?
|
|
“beautifulbabycards.co.uk” is always creating new designs, which makes it difficult for us to print brochures as they would have to be constantly updated. Moreover, special discounts are regularly offered in order for us to be the most competitive. To provide you with the best prices for your announcements, we chose to limit all associated costs at the most. We’d suggest you visit our website as often as possible to see our latest designs and promotional offers.

Internet payment is a practical method, but is it reliable?

You don't have to worry about paying online!
Payment can be made using bank cards (VISA, Master Card or American Express). "beautifulbabycards.co.uk" uses PAYBOX SERVICE, an electronic payment terminal. The electronic payment terminal uses the strongest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security available to protect any data related to payment methods by encrypting information and providing authentication, thus preventing the User’s bank data to flow on the computer system and website.

What are the cards printed on ?
|
|
All of our cards are printed on luxury papercard with a glossy finish.
The weight are as follows :
For the Simple Square and Rectangular formats, the papercard used is 250gms.
The double-panel formats are printed on 200gms papercards, and the envelopes are white.
