Before you enter the site and use any of the services offered by beautifulbabycards.co.uk, it is important that you carefully review the Terms and Conditions set out below. By entering and using the site, you indicate that you accept the terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by and subject to them. Acceptance of these creates a binding legal agreement between you and beautifulbabycards.co.uk that you will use the services provided in a manner that is consistent with the terms and conditions.
Any user wishing to make a purchase from the website states having full and independent legal capacity.
Anyone having ordered a product offered on the website shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions, without however, needing any handwritten signature from the User.

Article 2. Products - pricing

Our offer to sell the Products to the Buyer is expressly limited to the Buyer's acceptance to these terms and conditions. Additional or different terms or conditions proposed by the Buyer (including any additional or different terms provided in a purchase order) shall be void and of no effect unless specifically accepted in writing by beautifulbabycards.co.uk.
Our Products offered for sale are displayed on the Site beautifulbabycards.co.uk. All products include envelopes at no extra charge and are shipped sealed in watertight packaging and protective corrugated containers.

2.2. Pricing
|

All prices are in pounds sterling and do not include freight and handling charges, VAT, state or federal taxes, import duties, brokerage fees or any other fees imposed by a third party for handling of the shipment. Due to changing economic conditions, prices, colours and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to ship an alternative product of equal or greater value, depending on inventory levels. beautifulbabycards.co.uk will contact the buyer before shipping if an item has changed.

Article 3. Booking and validating an order

3.1. Browsing the Site

The User can view and examine the various Products offered for sale on beautifulbabycards.co.uk.
The User can freely browse all the pages on the Site, with no obligation whatsoever to order any product.

3.2. Booking an order
|

If you wish to place an order, you can choose from the various Products offered on the Site and confirm your order by clicking on ‘Validate order’.
A specific screen will appear to inform you of every new item added to your shopping cart.
After clicking on ‘Order’ to order the Products you have chosen, you will either have to enter your username and password or click on 'New Customer'. As regards to that last option, you will have to fill in a form with some personal details, including any information needed for your identification such as your name, surname and postal address. Furthermore, you will be asked to provide your email address and a unique password. These identifiers will be needed every time you will be logging on beautifulbabycards.co.uk.
You will be notified and will accept that these two identifiers serve to prove your identity.
Once you log in, you will have to validate your shipping address (as specified in article 4 hereinafter). A summary purchase order will then appear on screen showing the nature, quantity and pricing of the Products you ordered
as well as the total amount of your order, your contact details and delivery address.

3.3. Final validation of an order

Once you have been notified of the order status and after filling out all information requested, click on the payment method to definitely confirm your order. If you are using a bank card, you will be asked for your card number, expiration date and cryptogram number (the 3 last digits at the back of your card).
It is specified that when choosing immediate settlement by using a bank card, as provided for in article 6 hereafter, the User will then be automatically redirected to the PAYBOX SERVICE payment terminal. The SSL payment terminal, SSL being an acronym for "Secure Socket Layer", is a well established security protocol that provides communication security over the Internet, using keys to encrypt the data. It prevents eavesdropping, tampering or message forgery. SSL creates a secure connection between client (the terminal) and server (the host) over which any amount of data can be sent securely.
As soon as the User validates his payment, the order is registered, The User becomes the Buyer, the purchase order will be registered in the data records of our website and will serve as proof of the contractual relationships between the Parties.
In accordance with article 5 hereafter, the Buyer can exercise retraction rights for a period of seven (7) days as from the date the Buyer receives the Products.

Article 4. Quality of products

All products displayed on the site beautifulbabycards.co.uk are printed by professionals.
However, viewing these products on the site sometimes may not render the full colours or paper textures.
In addition, every Internet surfer may view the designs differently, depending on his computer and monitor configurations. As a result, the site’s responsibility shall not be bound due to any marginal difference between colours viewed on screen and those of the delivered Product.

Article 5. Shipment

We will do the best we can to ship the Buyer's order within 48 hours as from the day he validates his order and settles the payment.
This period can be extended depending on the suppliers’ stocks. If this is the case, the Buyer shall be notified by email.
In no way, beautifulbabycards.co.uk will be sued for any delay in delivery or shipment or be liable to any damages. In the event that any product is out of stock,
beautifulbabycards.co.uk will offer another product of equal quality.
Freight charges, amounting to a discounted price of 12 Pounds Sterling for delivery via Royal Mail will apply whatever be the price of the order.
While our delivery service has been extremely reliable, such factors as distance and remoteness, extreme weather and shipping during the holiday season can affect delivery time. We cannot be responsible for any delays or damages caused by the carrier or the recipient, or due to customs inspections, tariffs or other matters beyond our control.
This is why, once the order is received, the Buyer will make sure to verify the compliance of the products. The slightest irregularity in the products delivered (missing or damaged item, damaged packaging... ) should be imperatively notified the same day they are received or at latest one day after delivery,
to beautifulbabycards.co.uk customer service by e-mailing us at info@beautifulbabycards.co.uk. Any claim formulated after this period will not be accepted and beautifulbabycards.co.uk will be disclaimed from any responsibility.
beautifulbabycards.co.uk reserves the possibility to ask the Buyer to return the damaged Product.
If the conditions listed above are met, beautifulbabycards.co.uk will then exchange or refund the damaged Product(s) by resending the missing Product (subject to the merit of the Buyer’s request).

Article 6. Right of withdrawal

If the Buyer is not satisfied with the Product(s) he ordered, he has seven (7) days to return them, without having to provide any justification. No additional fees will be involved apart from the return fees, which are at the charge of the Buyer. This period starts from the day the Buyer receives the Product(s). The Product(s) will have to be resent in its/their original packaging. Please email us at info@beautifulbabycards.co.uk and we will advise you on the steps to follow.
We offer our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases. The customer, however, agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.

Article 7. Payment

The amount due by the Buyer is the amount indicated on the order confirmation sent by email by beautifulbabycards.co.uk to the Buyer.
beautifulbabycards.co.uk accepts only those credit cards mentioned on the product ordering screens as payment options for the Buyer's purchase (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard). The Buyer's credit card will not be charged until the Products listed in his order are shipped.
The Buyer can order any Product 24h/24h on Internet.
The Buyer's emailed receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of this order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. beautifulbabycards.co.uk reserves the right at any time after receipt of the Buyer's order, without prior notice to him, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item and refund the purchase price for the undelivered items.
beautifulbabycards.co.uk reserves the right to refuse any delivery or honour any order from a consumer who has not settled a previous order, whether in whole or part, or with whom a lawsuit concerning payment has been filed.
Moreover beautifulbabycards.co.uk reserves the right to ask the Buyer for any proof needed to validate the use of the bank card by its legal owner.

Any use of the designs, drawings, logos, photos, objects, images appearing on beautifulbabycards.co.uk such as reproduction, sale and publishing is strictly prohibited and shall be liable to legal prosecution. beautifulbabycards.co.uk.

Article 10. Policy provisions

10.1. Act of God
|

Shipping dates are approximate and require prompt receipt of all necessary information from the Buyer. If conditions arise which delay delivery, beautifulbabycards.co.uk will notify the Buyer and beautifulbabycards.co.uk will not be liable for any damages, reprocurement costs or penalties. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, beautifulbabycards.co.uk will not be liable for delays due to weather conditions, acts of God, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, strikes, job actions, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, quarantine restriction, war, terrorism, riot, supplier or vendor delays, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of beautifulbabycards.co.uk, all these events meeting the criteria set out by the English Courts.
In the event of delay, the date(s) of delivery will be deferred for a period that accounts for the time lost by reason of the delay. If such excusable delay under Force Majeure continues for more than one (1) month, beautifulbabycards.co.uk and the Buyer each will have the option of cancelling the affected purchase orders. Cancelled purchase orders will be terminated following the terms of this Agreement, and the Buyer will be refunded by beautifulbabycards.co.uk where applicable. In the event beautifulbabycards.co.uk's production is curtailed for any of the above reasons so that beautifulbabycards.co.uk does not deliver the full amount released hereunder, beautifulbabycards.co.uk may allocate production deliveries among its various customers then under contract for similar goods. The allocation will be made in a commercially fair and reasonable manner. When allocation has been made, the Buyer will be notified of the estimated quota made available.

10.2. Unenforceable provisions
|

In the event that one or more provisions of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply in full and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a provision which lawfully enforces the parties’ intention underlying the invalid or unenforceable provision.

10.3. Whole agreement
|
 |
This document constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties
and supersedes all previous or additional agreements, arrangements and
drafts relating hereto.
This Agreement may be amended or modified only by mutual agreement of authorized representatives of the Parties to this Agreement in writing.

10.4. Rights and juridictions
|
 |
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and beautifulbabycards.co.uk. You may also be subject to additional Terms and Conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software.
In case of dispute, an amicable arrangement will be sought prior to any legal action.
